Sure, Reinforcements are additional rule like Soldiers of Fortune, and it unlocks reinforces for all sectorials. I never heard about generic armies; Does that means they can play 300pts game against 250pt+Reinforcement 100pts army?
Reinforcements are a tournament add on (you can of course use it outside tournaments) that when selected allows the player to include reinforcements and play with the reinforcements rules, so everybody, generic lists included, will play, if using the recommended values, a game of 350 points 7 SWC divided in 250 points and 5 SWC for the main list and 100 points and 2 SWC for the reinforcements.
Fine, although it did looked like a cool way to give some selections in army building, but I can live without that.
There will be some tweaks here and there. As @psychoticstorm replied you, yes, all vanilla armies will have access to the Reinforcements too. The same selection of troops is available to vanilla and all sectorials in a faction. When playing vanilla, there will be specific conditions to make fireteams.
That Loup-Carou Viral Sniper – I love it. Do I wish they would have given MRRF more new profiles than just one? Yes. Do I wish they had given the existing MRRF profiles more of a glow-up? Also yes. Am I still happy they're finally getting new models and a new amazing warband? Hell yes.
@Koni There's another wrong profile in there. The Apaches have the same statline as the Loup-Garous. I'm pretty sure that new amazing warband doesn't have CC16 ;)
Cheap burst 4 viral that you can drop in to nuke a target will be very spicy. And moblots are actually distinct now! Tac Awareness on every profile gives them a lot of orders efficiency.

Thank you for these corrections! The Hwarang sound awesome and they sound like what the Hulang should have been. At least now I have a used for the models as proxies until I get the new ones.
The Apaches are frightening. +1B in CC/BS attacks on NBW and Berserk I mean, during turns 2 & 3, Ariadna has a lot of smokes in midfield (bear, dogs, irmandhinos...etc) There will be big fiestas inside those circular templates.
