Missions: To be determined, they will be specified when the new ITS document is updated. The use of proxies is allowed, following the current ITS regulations. It must be clear to all players which profile it represents and the available weaponry. Pairings: Pairings will be organized using the OTM manager provided by Corvus Belli. They will be announced at the beginning of each round. The tournament will follow the Swiss mode. In the first round of the tournament, attempts will be made to avoid matchups between players from the same playgroup or community. Timings: There will be a time limit of 2:00 hours per game. Each player is responsible for managing their time and their opponent's time. The organization will provide time updates for players to assess their gameplay possibilities and reach an agreement on when to finish the turn if it cannot be completed within the allotted time. The use of a chess clock is optional. If one of the two players decides to use a chess clock, both players must use it. Reporting results: When delivering the results, please ensure that objective points, survivors, and the state of the game table are properly recorded on both players' control sheet. Failing to deliver results within the established time may result in a rest round for both players. Arbitration: Before ask to the referee, it is expected that players not only know the rules but also have a digital or physical copy of the rules for reference in case of doubt. If any doubts or incidents arise during the game that the players are unable to resolve among themselves, they should notify the referee at that moment. The referees will follow the following resolution process: If it is a doubt that requires their intervention, they will listen to the involved parties, review the relevant rules, consider the most feasible resolution, and make a decision.
