But are new troops and models needed to adress the Problems or ro rephrase it shortcomings (or lets call it cynical faction identity?) imperial Service does have? The su jian could go with a ap spitfire, the crane is in dire need of something, d charges wouldn't be out of place or god forbit pitchers and repeaters (in faction not on the crane) but it could all be done with the existing troops. Imperial Service does have it's Problems which largely stem from beeing fundamentally a N3 sectorial which did not got a propper transition into N4. The raveneye update did a lot to help but there are still troops that are costed as in N3 but don't perform because the game changed. But we may agree to disagree here. I know you deeply love yu jing and do care and thats great. I don't want to derail this thread any further. we could talk in other parts of the forum if you want.
The set they should have come out with when they came out with White Banner. I would have been waiting at the door of the store to open to get it!
I am blwming myself for bouble standarts x) But I like this bakunin miniatures. May be I would even buy them for stargrave (I still feel shame to play them in infinity) Morat's pets are grate! But of course I like such a miniatures of alien creatures. I thought to say, that I like Oznat, but no, my point of interest are pets. And auxbot. Still lovely.
Which is funny, because I got into Tohaa at launch because of the aesthetic and then stopped playing them in N3 because I couldn’t stand the non-interactive direction the rules development was taking them.
I really like the new PanO bots and I'm tempted to get them for Druze/White Company. But I never know when I'll get around to playing them again :(
I wasn't sold on the PanO bots when the renders came out, but they look super cool painted. And I won't have to worry about the Auxbot's antenna constantly falling off anymore!
The Warsenal page says all three models are Thermoplastic: https://warsen.al/collections/infinity-the-game/products/armbots
Yara would be really great and best of all the news if not having that weird wide stride pose. Too high tactical junk, to wide spread leg - it looks bad, someone messed a bit too much with her anatomy. I find the Nomads best from the rest. Pano bots are okay. Pheonix is unintentionally goofy and funny. And Morats... I'm happy I sold my proffessional warriors before seeing what happened to them... PozdRawiam / Greetings
Love some of the new releases. Yara will have to be got, my haqqi won’t forgive me otherwise. Will have to pick up the new PanO bot-bots (not at all because of the auxbot, I swear…) and the shaolin set may be gotten as it’s very cool to see all of them together. As for Phoenix though, I don’t know. To me the pose is all wrong which is a shame as he could have been a really nice mini. Oh well, at least he has a tactical rock that can block out the sun…
I woul not be surprised if he gets a nanoscreen update on his rules. He can always jump behind his tactical rock for partial cover.
I think both miniatures probably have poses that are fine in person but cannot be photographed... You know what I mean...
Yes, in real they’re usually look better than on the photos. But there was an exceptions like mukhtar with boarding shotgun. And it is possible, that this case is close to that.
At least someone like it... ok, that excuses miniature a little. x) For me it looks strange and unnatural. Only for aerobics coach or something like this, not for a battlefield. Or this is a pose of mimetism in action, but for such a hard workout he deserves mimetism -6.
