    The effect of the eyes on Saladin is well found, it feels that this toaster is not really human.

    Really nice work on those black armors, that lizard looks great. And the white scheme on the alpha is also superb.
    Both are not easy colours to work. Any tips?

    For the black I usually blend in the base black the tiniest bit of red AND of blue, then when I add gray to go lighter, i also add the tiniest bit of blue or red. In the "Zeta" it went ok, but it's not foolproof (see the parachutist crusher for example)

    the grey of the alpha is the main scheme for most of my dudes, I start with a neutral gray, then i sketch the shadows with a grey+black+blue, not caring at all about blending, then bland it a little bit with pure gray, then to the same for highlights, but instead of gray+black+blue, I do gray+yellow+white, then a last highlight of white + little bit of gray + little bit of yellow

    Thanks! I tried that effect on most of the eyes, cause I'm not good at drawing normal eyes XD

    Andromeda was a difficult piece, I dislike the official dog, it took a while to find a substitute

    Beautiful work. Love the OSL You’ve done on them. The eyes on your Saladin are particularly impressive as it’s such a small area. I see you are a person of culture, the gamers grass tufts work really well!

    That's a very smart way to go about It, i Will try on my next model (cadin) and post results!

    I did eyes a couple times and they don't come out that bad, but your technique Is galaxy brain level

    Well, I've tried

    It took many different tries, cause when I dotted the White and the pupil i kept overdotting, so at some.point I Just gave up

    You can also avoid dotting by drawing a line instead and then trimming it down to a dot.

    I will definately try that as well, but I think mine is mostly a skill issue, since I have way less problems with bigger sculpts, therefore it's just a matter of keeping at it until I learn it.

    While I'm here, Saito Togan is up next for being painted, I was thinking Bright Hot Magenta on the blade and eyes, black robes, stark white armor. I am not sure how to make the hair, any suggestions?
