I have somewhat of a sweetspot for QK for a while now and tried Myself in listbuilding. As some central troopers are currently OOP i ask you what you do or would use to proxy those troopers without breaking the design of Haqqislam. I own a druze/Ikari force so there is some overlap. Al hawwa and hunzakuts seems reasonable, djanbanzan are nor really OOP but the AP sniper is no longer avaiable so my thought was the brawler sniper. For the Azrail there is the Al Fasid as stand in. But what to Pick for the Hafza and Sekban Sekban could be proxied with zayedan, Muyibs or another Haqq Mi. Muyib do have the most similar weapons but there is just one new muyib with spitfire and the old Box is OOp. For the hafza i am unsure they will be in holomask most of the time but still, what would you proxy them with. Guhlams would be fitting but are already a trooper in the force and with that no Option.
Hey there! I also missed out on the Sekban box, so I usually use my Hakim BSG as the Doctor and the Rifle Hassassin Farzan (now OOP too though...) as the Specialist Operative one... Then again, if You don't mind going full Ramah with your QK, the Khawarijs might also be an option... When it comes to Hafzas, I personally see the "cloth parts" of their armour as their distict characteristic - how about using the Black Wind Daylamis for the part? The Lasiq Sniper could be pressed into service as the Djanbazan Sniper and the Barid could maybe play the part of a Sekban...?
There's a new Muyib box coming after the C1 hero blister (Yara Haddad) if you can wait for those. The bulkier armour of the new Muyibs works well as Sekban IMO. As for Hafza, Brawlers would actually work well there as you've got HRL and Rifle+LSG minis.
Personally, I would suggest the Zhayedan Box to proxy both Djanbazan and Sekban: - HMG + Sniper -> Djanbazan (MI with MSV2) - HRL + BSG Doc -> Sekban (MI with 360° visor) Some variation in the color scheme might help your opponent with telling them apart. For Hafza I would suggest the Daylami from the Blackwind box. With some luck you can get them cheap. They have this cool headsets that make them look like commanders, and their coat has this nice markings. And one of them even comes with a foldable Panzerfaust.
I think of QK as being as close to NA2 without actually being NA2. So I think Brawlers work well for a lot.
Hafza = Ghulam. A base marking or minor color patch or something that can be ignored if you're not playing QK. Sekban = Muyib. I'd go with the above since the weapon loadouts actually match if you can find them.
I have been considering a gamma with feuerbach to proxy as an Azra’il. I’m not too sure how similar he’d look next to the al fasid though. Going to have to get the new muyibs when they arrive. The heavier armour will aid with proxying for other haqq troops for sure.

I've been thinking of going QK, and if I do it'll be Khawarij for my Sekban, Tuaregs for my Hawwa, and Zhayedens for my Dzans, with a corsiar kinda vibe. I like the idea of the Daylami for Hafza :)
I went that route for a long time, it works well. Downside is she doesn't look like your other Ghulams. Eventually I did a weapon swap, chopped the front of the weapon off the Ghulam HMG and replaced it with the front of the weapon from the Muyib Rifle+LGL. Works great, highly recommended.
I think you kann also do an armswap. Use the Body of the male Ghulam with topknot and the arms of the current Chasseur with Rifle/LFT. Just flatten the LFT muzzle to resemble a grenade launcher.
Spoiler: I have filed out the underbarrel and front grip on a Ghulam's Rifle, and glued in a 1/35-scale M203 I have filed out the underbarrel and front grip on a Ghulam's Rifle, and glued in a 1/35-scale M203 underbarrel grenade launcher (Trumpeter used to make great weapons kits, I have lifted a ton of front grips, PEQ illuminators, and various red dot sights / magnifiers / what not to add to my Infintiy models. A couple H&K G36 rifles too, actually...). What @Papa Bey did would work fine, too.
Monstrous Makings also have a Haqq Rifle+LGL, I believe you can get a printed one or the .stl if you have access to a printer.
