INFINITY NOMADS CORREGIDOR: Evader (Spitfire) Evader (Spitfire) This guy was my favorite crimson stone mini. Nice and chonky with plenty of different textures to work on. Spoiler: More Pics
INFINITY NOMADS CORREGIDOR: Tomcat (MULTI Rifle, Light Shotgun, D-Charges) Tomcat (MULTI Rifle, Light Shotgun, D-Charges) Quite an odd fellow this guy with his long sleeves and many pouches. But I like him never the less. Spoiler: More Pics
INFINITY NOMADS CORREGIDOR: Wildcat (Spitfire) Wildcat (Spitfire) So many nomad "cats." I get confused about which is which very time. I like the simplicity of this cat design. The white bits help differentiate it from the other cats at a glance. Spoiler: More Pics
INFINITY NOMADS CORREGIDOR: Vostok Sputnik (Mk12) Finished of the Crimson Stone set with this big boy. The painting turned out ok, but cleaning this siocast model was a horrible experience, particularly at the rear. I had to paint battle damage on it to hide all the imperfections and scratches that occured when trying to clean it. I am pleased with how the red turned put and feel like I have mastered the red scheme on this army. Spoiler: More Pics
I can wholeheartedly agree on the cleaning process. I hated it so much. It's made me hesitate to buy any other Siocast model from CB, even though I heard that with the right tools (plastic files) you can avoid much of the hassle. I'd rather stick to metal any day of the week though. Great job on yours btw! Very smooth as always, and yes, the red does look very good.
Thanks for the encouragement. I recently put togerther a Gator and it was much less frustrating to clean up than the Vostok. Seems like the siocast is gettign better. However it is still not as good to work compared to metal or resin.
INFINITY NOMADS: Operation Crimson Stone These guys were a joy to complete. It seems that I am big fan of the Nomad Nation. I can't help but be drawn to painting and collecting them. Operation Crimson Stone Beyond Crimson Stone Video
Great job on them! And you seem to have picked the right faction: Nomads just get better and better and better and better etc. with every update. Sorry, I'm still pretty salty from the army update today, even though I play Bakunin and Tunguska myself...
I do not think the miniatures subforum is appropriate for balance complains... Good job @archangeleong nice to see them all together!
Thanks guys. I don't mind rules changes really. I have had great fun playing all my factions. Just happy to daydreaming about building and painting new sectorials. Was hoping to move on to Ariadna next (after my current painting queue), however dammit CB and their Bakunin release I cant resist picking up the new space nuns...
INFINITY PANOCEANIA MILITARY ORDERS: Tikbalang of Montesa I can't believe this wonderful model is out of production. My desire to paint one for the Military Orders has long gestated. Loved painting up this bad boy. I'm rather please with the colour scheme. Spoiler: More Pics
You did great justice to probably one of the best Pano mini ever produced, amazing job on the color scheme!
Wow! You actually have old sculpt of O-Yoroi! The current new sculpt of O-Yoroi I have is giving me some Challenges with the stopmotion tests I have done thus far (Namely already glued HMG arm what points up). But well, challenges are for challenging new ways to get around them.
Actually it is not an old sculpt. It is the current model but converted to a different pose :-) You can see how I did it here. Also if you like O-Yoroi, I converted another one here and how I made it here.
INFINITY PANOCEANIA MILITARY ORDERS: Coadjutor Crosiers Coadjutor Crosiers My main project in the first quarter of 2023 (appart from PS5... thanks wifey!) was Military Orders. Pano blue always takes so long to do so even line troops take forever to finish. They are rather spiffy cheerleaders though.
