I ask you to take a look at: The Omega: Mim-6 HI (and nothing else) The Gamma: BS +1B, 2,5W HI (and nothing else) The Cyberghost: WIP14 HD+ Hacker (and nothing else) The Raptor: NCO HI with a Peripheral (and [almost] nothing else) The Alpha: Good lieutenant with CC defense (and nothing else) The Betatroopers: Climbing+ HI with Mimetism (and nothing else) It's really not that hard to find them if you look for them.
It was already 3-4 years ago I agree that it's one of the best designs from CB (I'm also in love with what they did with MO)
Not in the screenshots, but confirmed in the video are new Zeros, Prowlers, Lizard, Uberfallkommando, and Bran Do Castro at the very least. This is just what they have planned for the next few months (the HVT was mentioned as being out at Gen Con)
I like the funny looks of their faces in the dossier. Initiate looks very bored and the Orphan seems not so lucky about her role ;-)
this is why I love O-12: clear defined design with limits and fair point costs. This should be a blueprint for every rework/faction, instead of going the "harder, better, faster, stronger" way for some of the new things.
Yes, pls no powercreep. This "harder, better, faster, stronger" mentality let me quit Warhammer 40.000 ten years ago. I was just sick of it. I like factions because of their models and their background, but I LOVE them because of their flaws. Flaws define factions the same way their strenghts does. A faction without weaknesses and flaws is just boring.
Have they indicated any more that they will do something like this later in the year? They are no longer doing the two player box set could they do another update around Gen Con.
They said there will be a number of army updates at Gen Con to accompany the new book, but no word on which armies or the size of the updates yet.
