Yeah, a very diverse, interesting bunch. I think that apart from Combined Army for CA players - the 'hero' bunch was the main drive for Defiance's sells. This is a dream team of awesomeness in one box. Personally I impatiently await Tag Raid to drop some of them sweet hunters and hackers my way :P
It is official - I have just finished a most grand of the Infinity related commissions in my entire career - an Infinity Defiance Platinum Pledge with Combined Army extras challenged me on so many levels it's difficult to describe. The gallery is still under construction as it takes about 50 pictures to get like 5 solid ones. Well, yes. I have parted ways with my entire Nomad collection short of Dong Peyote, limited Guttier Interventor, 4 Fast Pandas and three HVTs. All the rest was sold overseas as a bundle. Now I was commissioned to add more minis to the collection. I still have a Yu-Jing collection, much smaller with only the very best looking miniatures from across the range included. Much more "mature" collection so to speak. Less redundancy, more count-as minis to fill any gameplay needs. I might revisit the Nomads in the future doing a similar thing, but not anytime soon. Switched the games entirely a year back - Infinity is not doing well in my immediate area.
I'm sorry to hear that and I hope your army went to someone who will enjoy & take care of it. Also hope that your infinity forces left will endure on despite the odds. Which game system did you switch over to?
