They just got a revamp. Will that stuff simply be repacked, or do they want to resculpt it all? They are perfectly valid sculpts imo. Same for USAriadna. Repack as an Action Pack with exactly the same contents is my strongest guess.
They already repacked the JSA army box into an Action Pack so they don't have to keep making the terrain and booklet. The Spiral Corps box was out of stock for a while in 2020 because of terrain/booklet availability. With the terrain and the booklets being obsolete repacking the USARF box into an Action Pack makes sense. The MO 300pt box isn't 300 points any more, so an N4 rebranding makes sense, killing of the separate contents makes a lot of sense from a SKU perspective too.
Also: the MO 300pt box was supposed to be a limited edition, I'm still surprised it's still around more than 4 years after... but more concerning is the loss of half our references. MO going in the OOP section with the other good Pano sectorials? ^^'
I think both are getting repacked. The MO box is going to get the Black Friar added to it, and all those individual SKUs will only be available by getting the MO action pack. Although I don't know what they'll call it. MO Action Pack 2? MO Crusader Action Pack?
It would be nice if CB would communicate on these OOP and not that we discover it by doing our monthly research ^^ Personally I believe in the USariadna repack, but I don't believe in a 2nd MO starter, it would be strange in the logic of their catalog. Wait and see.
Indeed, for now no complaining fro me. Everything seems logical. Plus there are too much PanO packs now. (And two of MO is really weird. I thought 300 pt box would gone right before action pack.)

What is going to happen to the contents of the USA Army box now that it is going OOP? Will we be getting an action pack or something along those lines?
What is going to happen to the Military Orders stuff as well? Hospitallers are an important aspect of teh sectorial & they are in Winterforce too.
since when being part of other sectorials allow troops to avoid going OOP? The USARF pack probably will be repacked without scenery and dices
Almost certainly both going to be repacked in N4 branding. The USARF pack still had the N3 booklet and flimsy card scenery, and the MO box hasn't been 300 points for a couple of years.
