One of the pandora profiles have medikit but she is not a paramedic. If i dont oversight any other profile. She is the first profile this way.
You know the Paramedic skill doesn't actually do ANYTHING (except let you be counted as a specialist in ITS), and Medikits don't say they require the Paramedic skill. So it doesn't break any rules for her to have one...
We'll see. Bottom line is that it doesn't change anything, as she can use Medikit regardless, as @theomc said, and she's already a specialist on behalf of being a hacker. So the only benefit would be in some fringe cases when Paramedic gets some bonuses which hacker doesn't.
The only issue here is, she lacks the paramedic skill for supplies for example. In any other cases the combo is just fine. Evaders are all SO in their top skill listings, but three of them can also be engenieers - not quite the same setting, but double specialist in profile.
