Patroclus may have good chances to be KIA, from the hand of the CA so no back-up of the cube. Achilles must be super pissed off. Thamyris could be dead, or could simply be removed from the front and continu the propaganda duty in other ways. Diomedes is another beast, because his background revolve around his many deaths and the fact he makes an external cube recording before each mission (and doing so not remembering how he is dead, each time). You don't just "kill" him. Maybe he was sepsitorized but even in this case, the external back-up could work unless the whole network was compromised (ALEPH's rules are very strict about that, you can ask to Perseus).

Even the weapons are very similar, Pitcher, Pulzar... They have kept the character, they have updated the profiles a bit and to be able to give it to Hassassin Bahram... they have changed the name. That is all that has happened with Thamyris.
Yes,.different model for money, without work for different profile; but at least Thamyris was avaiable in vanilla Aleph... the faction have lost an hacker without nothing in exchange.
