    True, I've been making teams like that myself. However they also don't any BS Bonus least. Still, something to avoid if you can.

    I forgot to put in here that I played WB on the weekend.

    I played against White Company and mission was Supremacy. The board was very dense buildings.

    Since the table was so dense I thought I'd try some super jump with Ye Mao and Guijia.

    I need to get used to the new teams and such. I loved the Liang Kai and monks! I managed to kill a haris of Karhu Feuer, ENG, and Gromoz.

    I won't go into a lot. I lost due to some stupid moves on my part. Like totally forgetting burst 2 with smoke grenades, not realizing where I put my Hundun he had a view of absolutely nothing and waited to long to bring him out to at least get in a quarter.

    I wish i hadn't taking the Guijia and went with a haris of Jing Qo and Duo with Kai instead.

    This was the second time I found out how brutal a Kahru Feuerbach is. What were they thinking giving such a gun on a guy with MSV and +1 Burst!? Oh and lets him be in fireteams.

    At the time WinterFo had all but given up camo and AD troops to get this (and smoke of course, Pan-O), with the shitty Kunai being their only marker state option. They've got the Beasthunter as well now, but the reality is they have killer shooting because WinterFo needs to knock shit down for them to be able to advance.

    But that was WhiteCo. With Tigers, Guilangs Peacemakers and ava 2 Beasthunters. Now with Karhu linkable with Kaplans and cute wildcards like Liang Kai.

    Oh I know, I was explaining why Karhu are designed the way they are.

    WhiteCo on the other hand is a fucking abomination and shouldn't exist. That's the kind of sectorial that should be deleted.

    Not until I play them myself a few times! lol

    The Kai haris would have been even better if I had just used them better. It will take some practice for me. Having them be regular is great but since I was using them to start off with I'm not sure how great. The main thing, which I forgot, was having burst two on smoke grenades! I could have gone on a much better attack run if I had done that properly. It was also a little dumb of me to have my smoke chuckers on the side with the MSV Karhu!

    I almost have the good CC I've wanted in Yu Jing for a long time! I'd still like our own version of a Domaru or Myrmidons, but knowing them, they would just make them too expensive or something stupid. Oh well, play with what you've got, not what you want.

    @Space Ranger Interesting list, I like the look of it purely from a model perspective, definitely a list I would enjoy painting up first to try! To run all the monks and melee units like that seems a fun way of playing something different. I actually picked up the Adil Crane model instead of his Kaldstrom version - so now all we are missing is the Lei Gong model for general release.

    Would be great to read any battle reports you may get chance to create with this list please :)

    Huh, completely slipped my mind Crane Rank Adil came across to WB. I wonder if there are actually some viable builds for him in it. Probably not the LT profile, and probably still to expensive for 300 points but maybe there are some applications for a Veteran Sensor at 400 points.

    So far I'm loving the Liang Kai+2 Shaolin Haris! Being able to throw two smoke grenades is fantastic.

    Has anyone tried a Jujak pain train? I keep trying to make a list of just Jujak but it's been difficult. The only missions I can think of them being good at are the ones that need few specialists. At first I thought "oh great finally I can have core Jujak team". But you need to take Kwon if you want it. Or add an expensive SJ or a just as expensive YM or wild card that again is as expensive or more. At least with Lei Gong they all still count as Shang Ji.

    Core? No. Haris leading Ye Mao around yes.

    Well I lie they actually are Core teams just 3 man Core teams while the Monks are playing with the Haris.

    I've been trying out Ye Mao and find they go down to easily. For that expense I really want something that can keep going.
    Kwon would be great if she at least was some sort of specialist. She's better than she was but still they can't seem to make her good enough. Qo is expensive and makes it mixed, Gao isn't worth it over a SJ, Tian Gou are to slow and not great anyway, Gong isn't bad but again I wanted all Jujak.

    Its not easy to make a "most Jujak" team that keeps compo-bonus. The only specialist has no mini. If you take Lei Gong you propably go with the MMR and the most wanted Shang is the AP HMG. Best solution is Lei as CoC version or the Shang FO / Hacker. Or just let the compo-bonus go and mix it with Ye Mao.

    Shang Jesus, Ye Mao Hacker or Engineer, Lei vor MSV and three Jujaks.

    When I finish painting (could be a while) my Jujaks I definitly want to try out full Jujak - just for the style and feel :sunglasses:

    Haris in WB calls out for Shaolin: I like Jing and two of them. The haris supports her multi rifle and the smoke cover and when it comes to close contact - they are all very lethal. Back up with a Liang/Monk duo :pray:

    If you're getting the team dived through all your warbands, skirmishers, mines, Hundun etc the game is probably already over at that point given your opponent has totally run you over.

    For me on offense they're taking advantage of the Ye Mao's ability to force normal rolls as they see fit in a fight up close. For longer ranges the Jujak (So-Ra) takes point.

    Stronlgy agree with this. WBA now calls heavily for monks links. It has become a liability to build without them. IMHO haris is mandatory, either with JQ or LK. JQ Haris + LK duo is strongly advised.

    So far I love the Liang Kai Haris. I have a hard time justifying Qo. I just find her too expensive for the little she does. I haven't tried her much though. I keep replacing her with Kai so I can use points elsewhere. If I just want someone to kick ass, Kai is the guy. If I want a specialist, I'd rather spend points so I can have a Engineer or upgrade something a Guilang.

    What separates Jing Qo from Liang Kai in a haris is her climbing+ positioning on a mimetic BS13 B4 multi rifle. She's actually an extremely potent gunfighter that can go hard in a fist fight when outmatched at range.

    Liang Kai, on the other hand, is a living CC missile. He really doesn't actually get much use out of the Haris bonus that Jing Qo thrives with, he's mostly just as good with or without it.

    If it was just about powering your Buddhist Battery with occasional smoke support, then letting Liang Kai chill with your monks until you need an extremely direct application of force from him is fine, and generally the more common functionality for myself as well. You can even get that value out of him by parking him in a duo to make room for another haris (which can very easily go to Jing Qo). But, if you want a team built to dominate the midfield and function for operations more complex and long term than a mostly suicidal assassination run, Jing Qo is your woman. The only thing she needs is a better model.

    That said, if Liang Kai's assassination run doesn't end in his death, you've basically won the game there. The man is a shredder.
