Sukeul Alternatives

I've recently thought of using the Maakrep from the Onyx starter as Sukeul HMG. While the symbiont armour isnt reflected on that mini, it still looks like an LI and has the typical tohaa design..and a HMG ofc.
Same goes for Gao Tarsos. If you don't own the minis, the Fraacta are an easy substitute, they even have the same loadouts available (Spitfire, Combi, BSG).

 

Sadly the makreep is locked in a box with a lot of minis one might not need for tohaa. And the makreep holds a scoped sniperrifle and not a HMG but is listed as having an HMG. The tohaa HMG is shorter and has more mass. A thing one can see in the dossiers or on the chaksa-HMG.

If you are able and willing to do some conversion work the fraacta or the makreep are a good base for a sukeul. Some weaponswaps, some greenstuff work and you are good to go.

These are my two conversions for the K1 sniper rifle and HMG. I'm not a good painter, but i think the conversions get the point across.

 

The newish Hatail spec OP on the left and the smg kriigel on the right as basemodels or am I mistaken?

Maybe some day I'll get to finish converting it and build it...
I friend of mine modeled with green stuff some SS3 hair over the new Hatail's head. Couple it with the Clipsos sniper arms (same design as the Sukeul's) and you get the Sukeul K1 Sniper. Never tried the profile, by the way :p

 

i tried the K1 sniper rifle once. It did pretty good and killed some big Morat heavy infantry dude.

 

Neema fits perfectly, and it gives you a reason to use her model!
