Yes, it would also not prevent the mine from triggering. The mine does not declare aros, it triggers and so it does not ever attack.
This is a good question, probably not, while stun ammunition refers to "the target", the stunned state refers to "The trooper" mines are not troopers, in addition, mine triggering is not an attack so it is not prohibited from the first effect.
