    Hey there,
in ITS 13 you are given the option to use a Classified Objective as a Intelcom card in the Support and Control Mode.

At the end of the game when you count the points in each quadrant you can add the value printed on your card to your Victory Points of your units inside that area. This is supposed to happen in "Initiative Order" however the Initiative order is nowhere defined inside the rule book.

The wiki/rulebook only talks about the Initiative roll, keeping initiative and turn order. For me it almost sounds like the Initiative Order is the one which gets established by the Lieutant face to face wip rolls. Keeping the Initiative then let's the player decide about the turn order. Any thoughts about that?

    Best regards CaptainYarrr

The initiative order is whoever had initiative at the start of the game. For example: If you won the initiative roll (detailed on pages 22-23) and chose deployment instead of initiative then your opponent has the initiative. Hope this helps!
