    Just got curious, is there anyone who has this additional socket on the left side of the Zond? The official photo doesn't have it on.

    It's probably where you mount the ankle fin from the Cutter.

    I guess it's for the sake of symmetry since the Transduktor Zond didn't get any fancy extra parts (compare it to the Yu Jing, PanO, O-12 remotes) and thus follows the old transduktor's lack of parts
