Yeah, I was able to find the image used in Cadin's character art for the tattoo, so I took a try at painting it.
Finished up Qiang Gao and Uma Sorenson. Leaving me with just the stretch goal heroes and the Speculos from the core set.
Thanks! The tattoo required some careful brush work. Luckily, I was able to find a png of the tattoo used in the concept art after a short google search. I then took a photo of the bare arm, and overlaid the tattoo onto it, so I hade a reference for how the tattoo would look on the arm. This helped take a lot of the guess work out of it and cut down on the stress.
I painted up Agnus awhile back for the Bromad Academy and WarGarage painting contest. Since the quarter is over I can finally show her off.
I finished up the Speculos. I decided to give them human eyes when they are in their disguised state.
Some beautiful work here. Loving the moonchild in particular, just got her myself to complete my aristeia! collection. That Tyrok looks great too, the osl on his arm with the little blue lights is really nice and the detail on the armour plates looks great.
I painted this up a bit over a month ago, but was keeping it under wraps for a competition. I kept it so under wraps that I didn't even send photos to the competition...Anyway I spent so much time on the chrome that I started seeing it whenever I closed my eyes. I think I could have done better, but I figured it was time to call it finished after that. This is my motorized bounty hunter for my Tohaa, so hopefully that profile will stay in the army past this season.
Also finished up the last of the core Defiance Heroes. I was worried about painting Rouhani's eyes with his medikit posed as it was, but I think they came out as some of the best I have painted.
