There is a named Kum biker, Zuleyka nazarova with +2 burst pistol and +1 burst in cc. Is this model cc burst 3 or burst 4, and why? I can't seem to find why different mods do not stack. It's alluded to in the fireteam bonuses, but cannot find it in the mods page.

Remember this only applies to bonuses from skills, equipment, and weapons, so you can still get extra burst from having allies in CC
Why does allies in cc apply? Allies in cc section of the close combat page state this is a mod. Fireteams explicitly state that this stacks with other mods while I can't see that allies in cc does.
Because that rule is from the skills and equipment page, referencing burst mods from skills, equipment, and weapons. It's not a global rule.
Kinda what I was thinking when mulling over the exact reasons of why. I take it then that fireteam's statement of stacking with mods burst was more of a redundant reminder than needed rules.
