    1. The following is just my opinion and doesn’t represent no one besides me. I will only describe my feelings and otherwise consider the circumstances as objective as possible.
    2. I don’t want to be harsh or impolite, I’m only direct
    3. I’m not a painter, I’m a converter/kitbasher/what you want call it. That’s the part I spent most the time and have the most fun with that

    Dear CB,
I was, as a converter, most exited about the new release of Parvati. She would have given me the opportunity to convert Zoe to my liking. I wanted to buy 2 miniatures of Parvati, one to convert to carrying two SMGs, the other one ss part donator and for further conversions.
As I have seen the video of the releases, my disappointment couldn’t be greater.
The hairs are modelt to the GizmoKit.
    my problems with that;

    1. I can’t simply switch the Gizmokit for an SMG
    2. I can’t use the GizmoKit for my Zoe conversion.

I don’t think that would be such a big disappointment, if I would have been able to spot that detail in the render photos or the product pictures. But in both cases, that detail was (intentionally?) no to be seen.

I feel me as a costumer more and more unseen by CB and it’s product development. If you aren’t a painter you aren’t worth much to you.
As a converter it wasn‘t easy with CB Miniatures but it got worst in the last years.
In the past, you had the chance to swap weapons and heads from the SWC boxes (I bought many of those boxes more than once) to get you own unique models.
Through the new cutting techniques that is a thing of the past, the simplification for the not so talented builder has that finished.
Don’t take me wrong, some of the N2 models are a pain in the a** to build, but you have gone from one extreme to another.

    What I really want:
To be seen by CB even if I’m not a painter who is happy with overloaded and over simplificated miniatures.

    Best Regards
    Ben

Oh man, can totally relate. When Zondnautica dropped I purchased two thinking I will be able to switch one rider for a standing mini resulting in two totally different bikes... except legs were part of the bike... This made me very reluctant about new purchases when plans for conversions were involved. Stopped me from getting a lot of boxes/blisters since. Would be great if CB published build manuals for their products on store pages. Would also help all the people who ask for manuals online.

OK, what exactly is the issue? That the new "left foot, right testicle, half the face in one piece" is idiotic, makes converting needlessly harder than it can be, along with basic model assembly if even one major piece is even slightly bent/warped in which case good luck nit fucking it up even worse during fixing (shoutout to Daiyokai/Ratnik owners) and generally is noticeably worse than the previous "classic part division, modern square joints) scheme from Red Veil etc.?

Because if so, count me in, I'm fed up with this shit as it is, even without adding soicast to the fire (which you shouldn't do, please dispose of your garbage responsibly).

It's the Andromeda hand-on-dog all over again. Not really sure why they are doing it like that.
