Even if the model is usable in the game, it's still not the service/product that was initially bought, so it doesn't matter. Asking loaded questions is a farcical attempt at argumentation.
That is a huge assumption based mainly on your personal expectations though, assuming the model was not for example bought because it is a great miniature despite the rules and gameplay performance, a common complain in the forums, "I like the models and bought them, I do not like the rules fix them". Regardless, given the proxy rules a discontinued model can be used as any profile within reason and silhouette, so gaming performance is not a big issue.
Exactly. And failure to take advantage of those extremely generous proxy rules is an issue with the player, not CB.
It's a pretty clear conclusion given that miniature lines that don't have supporting games are not as popular as ones that do. Doesn't matter, they were sold under the assumption that they worked in a game system in a particular way.

Some people will support a company no matter what. That's your choice. They do a bad job with a lot of things. I enjoy the game, I enjoy most of the models. That doesn't excuse the mistakes.
