I know. That's because the guy's head is from the regular release Bounty Hunter model, which is an old pre-3D and therefore kinda small model ;)
I have that bounty hunter also but could not bring myself to paint it as it was so small. I think the head looks a bit too tiny on your conversion also. Maybe consider a swap? Also that hoodie on your kosmo fem looks way too big. Maybe consider changing it too? However y The other helmets look OK.
I'm actually quite happy with the Alguacile. Ite a bit small, but it's not even a full helmet, just a mask, which in my eye makes it acceptable. The Rokots I kind of agree, but I don't have any good replacements atm. Puppetswar replied, but they won't get around to do it before December. So at least until then they'll keep them. In the meantime, here's another Alguacile, this time with a totally normally sized head :D Spoiler: On another note Am I the only one who thinks that thing on the ground looks like a giant penis or ist that just Freud having a field day with me?
Little WIP of something completely different. A commission I'm doing for a friend. He told me I could do what I want, so I went full cyberpunk on her.
And done: Was fun to just slap all the bright colors I had on the wet palette and have at it. Came out surprisingly coherent imo.
Crimson Stone Alguaciles: done. Surprisingly, while this one was my least favorite when I first saw the trailers, with the Kaizoku helmet, he now might be my most favorite. Family picture:
Crimson Stone Rokots: also done. I feel the oversize of the helmet is most pronounced on this one. Well, it is what it is. Second family picture:
A couple more conversions. The Sombra got the console from the Hellcat, and Lief Schreiber put his ugly skull behind a mask and hood that luckily fits his head much better than those skinny Ariadnan girls. And he also got himself a second knife. Can never have enough knives.
Glad you agree. I finished another commission. This is the second time I painted a Puppetactica. Using the official color scheme took me half the time compared to when I used my own. Finished all four minis in four hours, from priming to finish. Maybe I should start listening to CB...
Finally, something for myself again: I foolishly assumed the Evader would go faster than the rest, "power armor takes the least amount of time" yadda yadda — not when they put hexagons inside the power armor! Also, it seems that infinity models just get more and more detailed with each passing year. So many buckles, belts, little tiny squares etc. But at least he looks awesome now :)
To each their HI – my female Volkolak is also done. Minute(wo)man body with the giant HMG from her male colleague. Head is from the LSG Volunteer from the OOP box. Tactical shroom is from the Libertos. Color scheme is from Nivanh Chanthara again. I really wanted to write 132 on the gun, but before I knew it, my hands had drawn the wrong vertical lines, so 135 it was...
Since I'm painting these in the order they are needed for the missions, next up were some camo troops: The Zenith-7 was particularly fun. Lovely colors! I based her off of this artwork: With those two done, I'm finally ready to invite my friend over to introduce him to Infinity by playing the first three missions of Crimson Stone:
Great minis. With the perspective of an instagram cosplay page I saw today, I think the size of the rokots' helmets is perfect. In the realism of a faction more or less comparable to our time, this type of helmet should have this thickness, so super idea. https://www.instagram.com/alienninjalady/
