    Hi Guys,

    Where are the rules on the new character cards found?

    Kitsune = Specialist Unit characteristic
    Cho = High Command
    Spector = LHost Body

    Pretty sure they're just for acquiring unique gear, like Hacker or Heavy Infantry.

    I recall a video where Bostria explained that High Command was a skill related to a "syncronized" model Cho can bring on the mission.

    But my copy is still in delivery...

    Did you check the Outcast rulebook? (well... is there an Outcast booklet?)

    As said it's to unlock skills and gear.
    As for Cho the campaign book explain that the first high command skill unlockan ally. So it's in the skill card.

    By example:
    * Smart Rifle (Requirement: Special Unit) Does not require line of sight against Targeted state targets
    * Armor with Nanopuler (Requirement: Special Unit): Your defense roll add [Y] against target in [1-3]
    * Command Center II (Requires High Command): Your interact roll gain [Y] and a Switch
