Does anyone know anything about the two infinity novels by Winged Hussar Publishing? I thought I saw a post a while ago that one of the books should have been released in August, But I cant seem to find anything by googling it.
You may have seen my post, at the time on Amazon the books had a release date for this year, but in fact the books are not written, except for Downfall (Mark Barber) which is being written and the other one (Team Zed: SHell Game by Craig Gallant) which must still be in the first draft of ideas (based on the last new I saw of it 4/5 months ago). Winged Hussar Publishing created the Amazon article forms and rights deposits well in advance. Mark responded to a comment that it would perhaps be possible to buy his book from another retailer, if you don't want to give your money to Jeff Bezos, for his space travels.

The level of English looks accessible to me, for the style I don't have the language skills to see if it's better than grr martin. So don't hesitate to give an opinion. Edit: FAQ Mark Marber Q: The bindi on the forehead is more common for Hindus not for Sikhs but some Sikh women may wear it decoratively. A: Yeah, a very good point. This was the artist's rendition of the character based on my description of her being descended of Indian heritage. We had some long conversations about this and all of us on the team take the cultural depictions very seriously indeed - the character depicted is agnostic, from a Hindu family. At one point I'd changed that to better suit the picture, but I was advised by those who know the Hindu faith far better than I do that, exactly as you say, the bindi is worn decoratively with increasing commonality. So, a couple of centuries into the future, who knows!
After an answer from Mark, I added a FAQ point. Talking about the Indians origins of one of the characters (Prisha Singh who is in the foreground of the cover, with a red dot on the forehead).

Hello all! It's amazing to see that this thread has been here since last August, and great that there is community interest in following these novels as they progress.
