I'm a bit confused about the Zero Pain program. I can't understand which kind of hacking device can use this program. Is a basic program everyone have or there must be a specific upgrade to use this program?
It is a specific upgrade. For example, one Wardriver loadout is Hacker [Zero Pain]. (he gets the hacker skill, but no hacking devices, and he gets that program upgrade)
Ok, further question. Since english is not my main langagues. This phrase If the user wins with either Roll, they nullify the Comms Attack against them and avoid all Damage and special effects from the Attack. I have to win BOTH roll, or only one?
All of that stuff in the text about "nullify the Comms Attack against them and avoid all Damage and special effects from the Attack" is just what happens when a defender wins a face-to-face roll. A simpler explanation: Reset gives you is a face-to-face roll against comms attacks with one die. Zero Pain is also a face-to-face roll against comms (like Reset), but you get to roll two dice instead of one. The trade off between Zero Pain vs. Reset is that Zero Pain is just "you roll two dice in the face-to-face roll" without any of Reset's ability to cancel Targeted or Immobilized.
