So mixed fireteams will survive the fireteam rework... CRAP.

    About the OoP return...

Ariadna is too crowded for the MRRF return, unless USAriadna get freezed. Obviously no CHA
Acontecimento could be an option, but Varuna and Svalarheima are too recent and MO is receiving new sculpts, so no Pano returns.
Tohaa. It could be. With new more friendly sculpts and maybe a tweak to their rules.
Qapu. There's room enough in Haqq, but they got discontinued last year, so...

If the Mixed unit doesn't get the +3 BS, that'll tone down most of the sniper+4 grunts teams.

There's also Aleph/Greeks. If they're going to be in Code1, a mostly Greek revival makes sense. New scupts and brings back the sectorial.

I'd expect either them or QK (or both) as the base of the Code1 starter.

It won't be Tohaa, they are only faction that was discontinued mostly because it didn't sell rather than to make room in that faction SKU for new stuff. I expect MRRF because USAR is ready to be discontinued ( some SKUs already were ) and some models for the faction are already done, so it is less work. It seems logical to me.

No QK. Bostria did say that they are undecided on whether to bring back QK or release the Gabkar Khanate (kum bikers sectorial)

I'm pretty sure the Greek boys are coming back with the next operation box. The question is whether they are the returning sectorial Bostria mentioned of, or whether there will be a second one with the next 300-ish point box. If it is the second case, which we all wish, I expect either MRRF, CHA or Acon. CHA is already half in production with Kosmoflot. MRRF was the first to be discontinued and Acon is ancient, but loved and can allow them to bring back some fan favourite units. Including big, juicy, well-selling TAGs

it's said that the returning OoP faction will be back in their own box, so it wont be a Code One starter

Being in their own box makes (in my opinion) SAA or NCA the most likely. Haqq still needs a CodeOne rep, although the interesting Fireteams and Mercenaries of QK make that interesting, and CHA or FRRM would step on Kosmoflot's toes as the Ariadna CodeOne Army. I, personally, couldn't put numbers or a sense on how likely Tohaa is, because it's always crazy when you talk about them.

The returning faction is not necesary for Code One, son MRRF is perfectly possible.
For SAA or NCA, you will need first to discontinue another PanO Sectorial.

It's not like they froze any other Vanilla army, what SKU movement should there be if 3/4 is gone. It's just as much about the sculpts and molds and no good idea for rules direction development that caused Tohaa to be put on a backburner. They didn't sell because most people already had everything - and when the announcement hit that they're going OOP whoever didn't have everything jumped on virtually anything that was available. We've managed to dry up most of Europe (and global) Tohaa supply so much that I've had to buy a Gorgos for a dude in Australia from a Czech mail only store and ship it through Poland.

Of course a Tohaa refresh would sell like hot cakes, didn't you see the reaction people had to Longarms sculpts? If there are more such modern Tohaa sculpts then it will be an insane hit.

Probably not the case but ISS has been OOP unofficially. There's been nothing for them specifically in a pretty long time. I'm not counting re-packs. Hsien and Zhanying were in a booster pack. There were two version of Adil both in mixed box sets. I'm thinking QK next year withi Aleph. Both of them have yet to be added to C1.

It could be cool that only non-mixed fireteams are the only ones to get certain bonuses.

Tohaa IMO suffers from very bad visual design. This applies to Spiral corps as well. Most of their minis have all kinds of crap on them and most units don't even look like they belong to the same army at a glance. Not to mention screw ups like Kerail having Symbioarmor in rules but that isn't modeled on the mini. While something stupidly simple like PanO is a best seller.
I owned Tohaa twice, played them at Interplanetario they were my favourite army rules wise, but most hated visually. I painted well over a 1000 Infinity minis and I only really hated painting Tohaa.
While I wouldn't mind Tohaa making a return, I highly doubt it.

People hating the mixed fireteams are weird. Mixed fireteams allow units like orcs and mobile brigades to shine. Why would I want to spend all those points to bring 5 of them. Wouldn't it make sense in a game about black ops that we mix and match our squads? A fireteam with a dude in big power armor being the point man makes sense.

Different tastes, I guess - I’ve got a pretty extensive collection of older Tohaa models, and one of the things I like about them is how consistent and unified their appearance is.

That's not a very popular opinion.

Around 00:44:30, check the remote... yet another error, some kind of "wall" joining mouth and nose center. It looks like thick flash, but the position is really weird for that.

So after Military orders another PanO Armybox? i dont think that this is very likley. Tohaa would be cool, Imperial Service, MRRF, or something new?
There will be Haqq and Aleph in the Code one box next year, this year sees kosmoflot... it´sgoing to be a supprise until they anounce it. :)

I believe it is a 'support'. Most Resin models from GW have similar elements like that. They will require cleaning for sure...It might be the reason they separated the 'head' piece from the body in more recent version of the same model.

    In two words: leather straps
There are also a lot of other interesting design elements, like the tributes to several urban tribes: there are mohawks, punky spiky hair, hoods, leather coats, dreadlocks...

Pano just got 2 sectorials, and they still don't have all the models out for it, and one being a rework. They don't need another release right now.

My guess is it'll be one of the discontinued ariadnan sectorials.

Would love to see the FRRM get a Shasvastii style makeover both in terms of models and rules. The new Mirage-5 and Paracommando are both awesome.
