I'd like to see a comeback of the Halqa. I liked the figures and the rules. They were fantastic road blocks. Mech deploy is not around anymore but I think they could do fine with Forward Deploy +8. They were essentially infiltrating Ghulam but they could easily make them less like Ghulam.
My vote would be Haqq vs Aleph 2022 and then if still going with it either back to Pan O or will look at Tohar vs Non Aligned as a wrap up - but that wouldnt be very newbie friendly so more likely Pan O/Ju Ying vs Tohar if they want Tohar
