    Hi,

As I was a player with initiative, I created during deployment Fiteteam: Haris with Wallace and Varanginas.
Can I drop that Haris during my first Active Round on Loss of Lieutenant check (thus before Order Count and Impetuous Phase) in order to make use od Impetuous Order of Varangians and then recreate link under normal requirements with Command Token?

My opponent said that it was impossible to execute it in that way, because I made decision of creating Fireteam earlier during deployment and he would like to do the same with his Makauls

Yes, you can dissolve a Fireteam at any time, which would include between deployment and the Impetuous phase, with the downside that this costs you a Command Token every time you reform, and the members won't benefit from Fireteam bonuses during the Impetuous phase (so nice and easy for a Hidden Deployment trooper to snipe a Varangian if they like).
