If we go by new designs then we've more minis than fit in an Operation box. 3xRokots (no art yet but they're an almost guarantee) Kosmosoldat Volkolak SAS Zenit-7 Paracommando Clearly one or more is going to be in a Beyond box.
As people mentioned before, Human Sphere was also the "second rulebook" (and his brother with lore) for the game, firstly introduced as "Human Sphere" in N2 with Aleph and (I think) Tohaa, sectorials and fireteams. Then, it lived with N3 for a few months (I will never forget the hot mess the Posthumans where at the moment XD) until Human Sphere N3 was released. Most of the rules from Human Sphere N3 were included in the N4 Rulebook, so it would need to have the Annex (fireteams & Tohaa), and while I don't think CB will publish a 20-30 pages book, it wouldn't be the first time a book was a combo of lore + rules, with the rules part being available on the website as a PDF (it happened with Campaign Paradiso in N2). Coldfront was not a Code1 product, and dakinis had mimetism removed because of balance issues, not rules, since there were some camo troops on both sides, and at the time camo had mimetism-3 nested. I'm not sure about that, and I would place my bets on the Vostok being with the Operations box, and the Bearpode (with or without controller) either in a "presale" box, or in a separate box with two bearpodes (one with a chain rifle, the other with a BSG) and a handler. It would make the most sense for a sales viewpoint. There are two bearpode options. The Irregular Impetuous missile with BSG, and the 1 point more expensive Bearpode + controller which is 2 slots, 2 regular orders, and not impetuous.
I know. but is VERY improbable that they release a single bear and later the controller or another bear+controller.
I'm amending my guess for Nomads based on the Blog that came out with the troops. I had Tomcats but I'm changing into Hellcat. I still think the rest is good. Hellcats are down as being retired from the store in July along with the Action Pack, and Tomcats in August, which suggests to me Hellcats in the Operation box and either the modern Tomcat and Zondcat being moved back to a blister or a new Tomcat either as an N4 blister or in Beyond

wonder if Amadeus is a bundle exclusive like Octavia or the box exclusive like Hippolyta. the latter got another release in a booster pack, so there maybe some hope for folks who don't want three more alguaciles. pretty sure the hellcat is BSG. really hoping that's not an intruder HMG but a wildcat spitfire but i don't know how to fight with the weapon so i guess i'm going to have millionth intruder. that said, i feel like the boxes are supposed to rough out to 15pt/150pts. just did a quick look at the c1 profiles and it seems like HMG/msv2/camo/mimetism -3/surprise attack will be a new profile type at a relative budget of 3.5-4pts. that'll be fun. guess this also means that the defiance characters will get some general releases, not sure how i like them for the dire foes box but i guess my fate is to own four jazzes and three billies.
It's like the kunai solution, the gencon exclusive will be the dragon lady, I expect q general release of Amadeus by early 2022
A strange object on her ... but I think I see a SMG on her left hand (pointing at the right in the pic). At first, I thinked the guy in the front could be a Wildcat NCO, but now I look closer and yes, it looks like a HMG, so Intruder should be right. That leaves me with 5 resculpts (the 6th Hellcat (will they ever be together on the table?) and only two new models ... I am not exicted (for others that might be good, but beside that the Intruder guy maybe look better than it former incarnation, I think I am too lazy to paint resculpts, that I am not realy need - playwise). If Jazz and the Ariadnan guy are the DF box, then its a clear buy for me :-) Wolfgang looks badass, I don´t think me or the game needs him, but if he is the LE than I am fine with him.
