    16AAF891-2D10-4C6D-91AE-2D0E85A45FC4.png Hi guys and gals.

I’m considering having a bash at the CB Infinity painting competition. Basically I’m putting together an army list of whatever I have unpainted plus minimum financial outlay to bulk it out, without repeating stuff I have already painted.

I’m primarily a painter and haven’t played since before N4 came out. This list is not designed to be competitive, *just legal*. Would you mind casting an eye over it before I buy the Zhayedan box?

    Many thanks.

Well, it is legal! If you're asking from a painting perspective, you won't regret buying the Zhayedan box - they are great models that you'll enjoy painting. And they make excellent proxies even if you don't wind up putting Zhayedans in your lists after this.

Mutts are of course also really great models. If you're going for WSYIWYG, you'll need to swap one of them for a Chain Rifle profile.

The Mukhtar and Hortlak don't have models. Might I suggest using an Odalisque Spitfire as the Mukhtar, and Knauf as the Hortlak.

Maggy... most people love the model. I'm in the minority, I like my giant robots humanoid. But, if you're looking to showcase your painting skill, look at the model carefully before you decide (unless you've already bought it). Its details are kind of random and oversized. Looking at photos on the internet, I find that even really skilled paint jobs just don't make it look... interesting. If you want to paint a TAG, consider getting a Tikbalang if you can find one or a Gecko otherwise, and proxying for a Shakush.

Of course the list is unplayable, but I take it that wasn't your question :-)

Technically, an Avatar by itself is a legal ITS12 list.

I have all the minis (not necessarily matching the equipment) on the list with the exception of the Z’s.

How so, I thought lists were supposed to be 300pts? If you can reduce the number of minis I have to paint before next months deadline I’ll be happy!

Up to 300 points. You can make a list of one Ghulam if you want to.

    My post was pretty tongue-in-cheek.

A ITS legal list is "up to 300 points".

I don't know if they stipulated a minimum of points for the painting event though, I'm personally painting 400+ points! :P
