An overdron HRL (with active albedo) is shooting a nasmaat The template also hit a brawler MSV2 sniper (with LoF on the overdron but unable to see him due to albedo vs MSV2) What ARO is allowed for the brawler ? He is it by a template so he can dodge. But with -3 (dodge vs template without visibility) or no malus (dodge when shot through ZVZ) ? Is he allowed to BS attack and why ?
Not sure if this has changed since N3 but assuming the Brawler doesn’t have total cover, the Brawler is allowed to shoot back by the same logic that a trooper without MSV would be allowed to shoot back through smoke (penalties depends on sixth sense)
Being shot through a Zero Visibility Zone does not prevent penalties to Dodge from other sources. For the Brawler's response it doesn't matter if they are the main target or not, they are still attacked by equal measures and can respond with an attack of their own if the Overdron is inside the LOF arc and not in Total Cover
