As the title says, I would like to see White Noise Zones completely removed from the game. Eclipse Grenades just removed and replaced with nothing. MSV was made relative instead of absolute to give Armies with MSV 1 only a fighting chance against -6 Troopers. Then White Noise Zones were introduced and now if you make one you can walk a beefy Mimetism -3/6 Trooper into it and it's only really luck that makes you able to deal with, luck or flame throwers, as it completely shuts down MSV, the natural predator of Mimetism. Keep Albedo. Change the White Noise hacking program to Supportware: Albedo, make it castable on any target, keep it on the HD+ for all I care, and make it have NFB so Troopers would be unable to benefit from Albedo and Mimetism at the same time. Make something about how it gives sheen or energy discharge that messes with the ability to stay hidden.

The difference is that you express personal issues and I express a rules issue that would benefit everyone equally. This would also especially nerf CA and Nomads who with their excessive Repeater coverage, easy access to HD+ devices, and beefy Mimetism units really can benefit from the current White Noise+Mimetism interaction. Aleph can only imitate it to some degree as they're lacking in some aspects compared to CA and Nomads. It's frustrating to play against as you can never really skill your way out of it you can only really rely on luck to stop it, especially in the first round where only Nomads can respond to it if the piece is hackable, and most are MI, and a Moran is close enough to it.
People have been dealing with it for 6 years since the launch of N3, so it can't be that much of an issue, have you tried: Mines Perimeter Weapons Midfield units with DTWs Skirmishers with good PH to dodge into CC with the attacker Core Fireteam bonus offsetting the Mimetism penalty. MSV in a Core Fireteam using 6th Sense to ignore the penalty for shooting through a White Noise Zone Disposable warband dropping Smoke as a Normal Roll to protect your other troopers. Not leaving valuable units out to get shot, focus your AROs on objectives and choke points, force your opponent to over-extend and then counter-attack. People could probably give more advice if you gave us an idea what you usually play, and some examples of when this has been an issue for you?
This but unironically. White Noise is fine, gameplay wise. In fact, I think it shouldn't take a roll to put down if it isn't ftf.

So smoke is fine to block LOS for non-MSV models but white noise to block LOS for MSV models is overpowered and needs a nerf? Your suggestion doesn't make sense when smoke is far more prevalent than White noise. Sounds like you just haven't figured out how to deal with White Noise yet? Do you also have problems dealing with TR bots too? Maybe those should get nerfed? Just play one of the majority of models in the game without MSV and you will be fine.

No. More white noise. Change Eclipse into making White Noise Zones and distribute them across primarily factions with lower amount of marker state. (Current eclipse is frankly not fun or interesting, it's just a wholesale abdication from engaging with your opponent and there's a lot of Euro Games that does this a lot better)

I see no contradiction in this. Changing the rule would affect everyone equally, as in now everyone has the same basic tools, and it would heavily nerf CA and Nomads who can really abuse the current. They're overturned, which is the problem.

I disagree, but then I think you might want to use LoF-obscuring tools to actually move/reposition, instead of mostly smoke combo... Also, my greeks would simply be unable to do a thing whithout some units having it XD. So you don't know how to deal with Nomads and CA using white noise, and then everyone must cater to you? Makes me wonder what kind of game are you promoting as a warcor, frankly. Not the part about not knowing the tricks of the game (that's even a trope nowadays XD), but how you decide the game should change because you say so.

Imagine the mindset of being okay with MSV+Smoke and not be okay with Eclipse/White Noise. Like, how bullshit is it to have a cheap warband abuse smoke for free and then shoot back with almost zero risk other than key targets you can scalpel away from an open field with almost no risk, compared to putting down Eclipse/White Noise, where the former cannot be used aggresively against MSV units as the no LoF is mutal and the later can be used to deal with MSV but doesn't solve much if the MSV has MOD's and literally does nothing if it's linked and you decide to shoot it. TL;DR:OP is a troll
