As Triumph said, the question not to the one HellLois did screen, (that model must be an either Model or Camo) but previous para, where it says one have to chose "one of the Models" while Spanish says "one of the Models or Marker"
Pag 37 second (the righth one) column first paragraph Can be a MINIATURE OR A MARKER. Your honour, I rest my case. ;)
I agree this is the intent, but the previous paragraph says in regards to selecting the trooper during deployment: "At the end of the Deployment Phase, the player must declare which Hacker from their Army List has access to Data Erasure. The Trooper chosen must be always one of the Models deployed on the game table." This means RAW the English version in conjunction with the following paragraph you quoted is stating that Marker state troopers may carry the hacking program but they can't deploy with it and must acquire it during the game. Obviously, not your intent, but it is what it's saying contrary to the Spanish version of the rules.
So, after all, which version should we adhere to? The English one explicitly says that the Trooper should be represented by a Model to be nominated as Uberhacker during deployment. The Spanish one doesn't make any difference and then clarifies that Uberhacker should be present on the table in some form (Marker or Model) all the time. So, could you confirm how it's intended to play?
