If I have Zoe and PiWell in a list, can I spend a command token to move Piwell but not Zoe to a different combat group?

Army won't let me, but is that a software restriction or an actual rules thing?

We move Troopers, not Units, so it should be legal.

Counter point, from the Peripheral rules:
    • A Controller and their Peripherals always belong to the same Combat Group. If the player moves the Controller into a different Combat Group, all their Peripherals are moved as well.
Trying to spend a control point to just move a servant into a new combat group sounds like "But I want to shoot myself in the foot!" question.

    Pi-Well isn't a Peripheral.

I think it is important to emphasize this. I remember when we first got them that some players were intuitively playing as if pi-well was a g:sync REM, moving both together with each order spent. Maybe solkan plays it like that still today.
