Doging out of CC

    Two models (A drom the active player and R from the reactive) are in engaged state.
    The actove player activates model B close by. (All the skills do not effect R)
    R declares doge, because he thinks B is in his ZoC.
    At resolution it is found that B is in ZoC of R.
    Does R get to disengage from A, if he passes the dodge roll?

    I could not find anything preventing this...

    Yep, Dodging is supposed to be a lot more effective in N4.

    Remember that an Engaged trooper in CC will be at the - 3 penalty for not having LoF to the Active Trooper.
