    I think it is actually a pretty great shotgun pose. I'm going to be weapon swapping him for the BSG.

    I don't like the pose and not too convinced about the TO pattern, but CB is doing a great job on the heads and this one is not an exception, thankfully.

    And I'd say hat's a modern religious habit, not a coat...

    Am I the Only one who's gonna use the MO box Infirmarer as my new Joan? I might do a head sculpt but I think just as is she will fit really well. The kaldstrom infirmarer model is great and I dont think I'll need 2 of those.

    Needs more Power Armor.

    I can definitely see trying to do fun things with the banner tho.

    I hadn't considered that. That makes me look at the model in a new light. Interesting.

    My plan is to use it as a crosier tbh, or just never actually use it. The flag is a bridge too far in ott terms for me [emoji14]

    It doesn't look too hard to remove the banner but keep the spear.

    And the idea of a monofillament spear is actually quite intriguing.

    Pity it's not on a decent CC unit.

    Maybe it might find some use in a fireteam, throwing a Haris into CC with hard to kill targets. But it's a very niche application, we have better tools for that. So... yeah. Though I must say I warmed up to the Infirmarer a bit since its introduction.

    I was on a holiday last week and wasn't able to post much, so I'll just say that on the whole I like new MO. There are still some questionable things left, from both gameplay and visual standpoints, but generally it looks much, much more interesting to play now. Seems like I'll be keeping my PanO after all.

    Are we sure the teutons are impetuous? In the army app is shows the impetuous symbol but then when you take them it doesn't have the impetuous order showing like other impetuous troops. @Koni you know which is which?

    Does anyone else think the Knight Commander should be a wildcard or at least have some additional fire team options?

    It would also be really handy if he had a CoC profile.

    I think wildcard options would have been good.
    I think it's really dull that he has only LT options, like, maybe a counterintelligence on a non-LT profile, cause with holomask you could have used him for some mind games shenanigans.

    How do you even avoid using them, at Ava 1 Fugazi?

    I'd like him at wild card and cc20 flat.

    And to drop either the combi or the shotgun (preferably the combi)

    It feels like super bloat for no reason.

    That's a very valid question.
    Up to this day, MO struggled with getting cheap orders and providing fuel to its HI link teams and awesome TO Order Sergeants, err... Tertiaries.
    Adding Crossiers provides way more affordable orders than it used to be, yet even now MO players can easily run out of points by picking up the new hot stuff like KotHS, Mendoza or KoJ.
    Therefore, answering your question, we'd have to keep the costs down by picking cheaper link teams and solo options.

    Based on the look of modern MO and the general tendency for the workable lists to try and fill the 15 orders cap to its maximum, what we could commonly expect is:
    - LI Crosiers Core with BF HRL / OS HRL in it, maybe 13pt Blitzens for cheap ARO and a Knight Commander hiding in it occasionally;
    - HI Haris or even OS Haris with a Santiago Knight in it (Hospitaller HMG being also a good basis for a relatively cheap Haris of [Hospi HMG + Koni/Infirmarer/Hospi Doctor + Regular 13pt OS]);
    - A number of solo hitters - starting with Bulleteer and Trinitarians, Knight of Montesa, following up with Mendoza, FD KoJ/Hospi (although those are kinda weird), KotHS and finally Tikbalang - the ultimate pinnacle of MO war technology;
    - Whatever's left filled with Fugazi, Mulebots and an Engineer/Doctor with Palbot.

    Important to note: provided a choice between a Fugazi and a regular Crosier, one would most likely choose the former as it's cheaper, faster, provides extra utility and can defend itself better in ARO with its standard weaponry. Actually, the cost difference is big enough to warrant a helpless Mulebot instead of a Crosier, even. One would choose the latter ONLY if there are already capped AVA on those bots OR there are spots to fill-in in the Core link team.

    Now, all of this may already seem kinda obvious to you, so the real question you're asking is:
    How to make MO work design-wise with AVA 1 Fugazi?

    It looks at the moment that CB's idea of handling that is to provide some extra tools for generating additional orders: NCO and LT2 being the main combo there, with Joan and her Inspiring Leadership still being a strong idea. I personally support this to allow for more elite army composition, even though it makes very juicy targets out of all the extra-order-channelling models. However, if we go this way, it's important to get even more orders (Tactical Awareness being our friend there) and survivability (having 2W on models above 50 points feels weird, KotHS, Mendoza and De Fersen being glass cannons, effectively), which is not the case right now.

    P.S. Yes, Infirmarer and Knight Commander are a bit point bloated, the latter in a more reasonable way (since he can be capable in CC and even shoot things with his BS13 and link bonuses in the late game). Generally, it would be okay if they'd get something else for their price. We do not need to ask for MO to become a cheap sectorial, IMHO, rather ask for them to become better at being elite than they currently are.

    I wouldn't really classify cc18 as capable in cc even with ma2. However to the latter point , while I agree with letting models become the providers of more than 1 order with only a single lt.2 option that might not fit in every list or just two nco options the solutions aren't quiet there .

    The solution here is to have put TA in some of the more expensive knight profiles but that ship has sailed .

    Is MO more playable than before rework ? Certainly , but it is still a very confused sectorials. However at this point I don't care teutons are finally worth a damn. Now just gotta figure out a way of taking care of aggressive repeater nets or rooftop hackers in mid field without having the answer be Dart every time

    As far as the knight commander goes, I’ll probably only use it when I need 2 LT orders for an NCO (which would be the sepulchre 95% of the time) or if I can protect it in a full fireteam. Teuton LT is 5-9 points cheaper and more survivable on its own otherwise. Which also makes me a little more sad that the teuton is limited on AVA and fireteam options lol.
