They're one of the more interesting groups in the setting, and they got a good amount of screen time in Outrage. I'd love to see them fleshed out more.
It's gone even further with the new MO release, with entire Troop Types becoming sectorial only. So there is a precedent for pulling Hunduns and Longyas from Vanilla, although I am pretty confident it would upset plenty of people, and doesn't make WBA any better than it currently is.

He's literally a god in the Chinese pantheon. Combine Achilles fighting with Sun Tze command and you have Guan Yu.
Not going to lie, the shady back-and-forth backroom dealing that lead to the Sinanju kind of fits perfectly for Lu Bu
I really hope they could add more traditional Chinese design to a reworked ISS (since they basically need a rework now anyway), for they are the "traditional Chinese" part of Yu Jing and keep others like IA and WB a more modern military style. Combining these two styles Yu Jing will be a fantastic faction unique to Infinity and I think every one wants that.
I agree. ISS is a police force and deal with the citizens of YJ on a daily basis. They set an example (intimidation) with the look as much as action. WB and IA don't need to impress aliens and snow.
Lu Bu recreation on a Bike would be amazing, but he'd run off and join PanO like 2 weeks after hitting the frontlines because he saw a pretty Fusilier. Then he'd end up starting a revolt somewhere on Paradiso and making his own NA2 faction and it'd be a giant headache for everyone. ... Perfect.

And look at modern China’s good aspects. There are lots of them. So, I can’t say, Yu Jing is an evil. I think, in our story PanO vs Yu Jing eternal rivalry is not “a fight good vs evil” at all. To talk about other moments, I have Lu Bu after Dynasty Warriors, but he is funny.
I would describe them (and modern PRC) as more fascist, honestly. Socialism implies collective ownership of the means of production, which is definitely not the case in the modern-day PRC and doesn't seem to be the case in Yu Jing either.
