Not sure if this is the right section for this question, but scouring dossier images I could only find one with a nanopulser on it (Joan of Arc 2.0):

From this it looks like it’s integrated into a bracer.
Are there any other images or descriptions of a nanopulser or pulzar in the fluff for reference, or is this how they all look?

They're apparently incredibly miniature; frequently integrated into jewelry or whatever.

Nanopulsers are designed to be covert, so can be built into armour, jewellery, or even limbs, the older male Devas both have exposed ones.

Pulzars are more conventional looking weapons, such as the Tohaa one here Screenshot_20210129-114659_YouTube.jpg

I think old Deva (male) was with nanopulser, also Caliban from Defiance have sculpted pulzar, but yes they are mostly "hiden" weapon.

A lot of models have glowy widgets on their forearms; this represents their comlog. Which is basically the same as their smartphone.

The forearm gizmos on this Kaauri sentinel are its two nanopulsers. Note the absence on the profiles that don't get Nanopulsers.
