I’ve got some games under my belt playing Vanilla Haqq and I’m starting to look at trying out one of the sectorials.

I’ve got Scarface and love the models, the fluff around them are cool, and the profiles look like they might be fun to play. This has me thinking that I should give QK a shot.

Does anyone have any advice for getting started with QK in N4, particularly with the first 81-85 points being filled with Scarface and Cordellia?

Djanbazans are auto-include all the time, both HMG and Snipers. Same thing with Hafzas, Leila, Hawwas, and Yuan Yuans. The rest is more or less up to your preference.

Ghulams can form a decent defensive link team that can be filled with Alguaciles for cheaper ML or better Sniper Rifle, and can also transformed into an offensive one with Odalisque/Sekban Spitfire.

Janissary + Wild Bill + Hafza + Odalisque core is cheap and packs a punch both long-range and close range.

Kaplans and Druze sadly don't get a lot of wildcard options, but a Wild Bill Kaplan Haris a decent small midfield fighting team.

Mobile Brigadas are optional but seem to be pretty great on missions like Mindwipe with their Hacker loadout.

Azra'il is now actually good and can remove armored enemies with ease while also including wildcards in his Duo. Shame he's out of production.

Bashi Bazouks are also great for entering the center of the table in late game, but considering how many Yuan Yuans you will want to bring their inclusion may hit your order pool. Still a great model.

As for Scarface himself – while he did become incredibly versatile and much more reliable, don't you dare to forget that he has no DTWs. When faced with enemy infiltrators in the midfield, he will have to discover them to kill them first. So while Scarface is pretty cool, he may need help clearing out enemy midfield specialists.
