Out of stock for the Gorgos ? That's unfortunate, sorry to hear. I have confirmation of my Gorgos Pilot shipping from Lastgame.es today so will update when it arrives.
Is there a list somewhere of the most important OOP models that are advisable if starting Tohaa? It would feel you'd be missing the point of Tohaa if trying with only the available Spiral models, so I am curious which models/profiles are 'near autoincludes' that makes Tohaa unique to Spiral.
A few were discontinued, and other new miniatures were added If it were up to me, they could discontinue Tohaa every 2 years if they gave me new minis :D :D :D :D :D
Thanks @melkiach it's nice to see that image again! I was looking for a little more focus on the bare minimum of profiles to source or proxy that make Tohaa unique compared to Spiral (as I am not familiar with units from either). Rather than attempting to source all ava of every unit that's OOP, which is definitely beyond my capability (without someone selling their entire collection for cheap).
Makaul are close to autoinclude: linkable warband that throws smoke, carry a flamethrower and are capable close combat specialists. Having at least one is very useful when you need to close the gap, that's why the "standard" Tohaa Triad is usually something like "Makaul + Specialist + Shooter". Other profiles like Gao-Rael or Sakiel are pretty good, but it depends on your playstyle. The Sukeul is also almost autoinclude for some players, Tohaa's best shooter.
So I wanted to confirm that I received my Gorgos Pilot today (Spain to UK, cheap shipping) from LastGame.es. I'm very happy with this and thankful to the recommendations made in this thread! Now I'm just missing the K1 Sukeul who I'm on the look out for (I want to keep my spare arm and a leg though!).
im desperately seeking the missile launcher sukeul, if anyone has a lead. ( i know its a longshot, but its the last model i need )

thanks, il give it a shot. update: emailed them to ask if they will ship to the US, and if the model was even in stock. will update as i hear more.
so, unfortunately they are not interested in shipping outside the EU. so i am still looking for the Sukeul Missile Launcher. also would be amiable to some kind soul in the EU acting as a middle-man for me, i could try to make it worth your while (paypal).
I had a similar reply from the store regarding a purchase to the UK for a single Sukeul with K1 Combi. They were apologetic and kind enough to explain why etc. It's unfortunate given that a single miniature would not hit thresholds for any customs or VAT charges, but I can't blame them for not wanting to open the gates until things settle down.
Contacted them, they ship to Spain and they also have stock of several units my LFGM can't find \o/ This made my week.
A bunch of brick and mortar stores that also have an internet presence will have older stuff for sale. The ones in Denmark and Sweden for instance, that support Infinity since N2, usually have a lot of older models.
Unfortunately my Google-fu isn't that good when it comes to getting it to display links to non-native English language sites that may have stock. This thread has been great for linking me to stores I would not have found using the 'usual' methods. I have found another store and have attempted to contact them, currently waiting on feedback. There's a few stores who've had stock in the past, their websites now being defunct but still available - they don't feedback with much more than a bad mailer reply which at least tells me not to bother trying an order! Oops, to add, the brick and mortar stores with a 'weaker' online presence are less likely to be found online without adding a few more tweaks to your search (or knowing the store name etc), but are definitely the ones to be looking out for!
