    Man I'm loving your IA scheme. What paints are you using for the copper/brown parts?

    Thank you!:smiley:

    The brown parts:
    - Base of Andrea Color brown 1st shadow (any dark leather brown would work);
    - Wash of Nuln Oil with Lamian Medium (I would say 50/50, but I never really paid attention to that, you can go full Nuln Oil without Lamian Medium, I'm using this mix because it's the one used for the armor too);
    - 1st light with the base color;
    - 2nd light with Vallejo Model Color Hull Red;
    - 3rd light with Vallejo Model Color Burnt Red;
    - 4th light with Prince August Games Savage Brown;
    - last light with Citadel Colour Snakebite Leather.

    I rarely mix paints, I'm a paint pots hoarder:sweat_smile:

    The idea is to begin with a dark redish brown, add red for the 2nd and 3rd lights, and then add orange (or yellow) for the 4th and last lights.

    Bruh, I actually hate how envious I am of you, that you can make such a smooth and crisp grey colour.

    Well done man! :raised_hands:

    @Nuada Airgetlam
    It seems the tags are a remnant of the previous pictures (the ones with the broken link).
    I can't remove it by editing the post.

    @Zewrath Thanks:slightly_smiling_face:
    Still I wish my transitions could be better, especialy for big miniatures (as I'm going to work on the Guijia soon).

    Do not use Facebook images for other places, both Facebook and Google do their utmost to keep the cattle inside their corrals and not let it wander off, the plan is "yeah, images don't show well elsewhere else, come back to FB/IG/Google where they work", without mentioning that they intentionally break them when used outside their properties. Better use something like an image host or a private web hosting or something like that.

    Thanks for this explanation, I going to take a look for a proper image host.

    In the meantime, you can upload images directly to this forum and embed them in your posts. I find it is quite convenient.

    Did finally CB get their act together? Otherwise images could stop working after some time too. Different reason, same result. Easiest example: try the conversion thread, first page post or click the links in "Attached Files" boxes... "This attachment cannot be shown at this time. Please try back later." Second page, small versions shown... but click them and error again, no big version loads. Maybe it does not happen anymore with new uploads, just old files are lost for good? Maybe it just takes a year to happen? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

    Flickr seems safest.

    Thank you very much for your comments :blush:

    There is a rework of my Imperial Service colour.
    [IMG]
    More highlight for the black amour;
    Orange marking added;
    Artificial muscles around the neck painted as they should be;
    Eyes and comlong painted like my Invincible Army ones;
    Base reworked.

    There is the initial paintjob.
    [IMG]

    What do you think about the changes?

    I think they are subtle and nice additions to the paint scheme. The little bit of orange makes it attract your eye to the model more so then the previous version. Long with the lightening of the darker colors.

    @TenNoBushi Really nice paint scheme. That off-white grayish armor is wonderful. Hope your remotes come out just as well as the rest of your force. Have you gotten any games with them yet? If so what is your opinion on the sectorial?
