Hi there, A consequence of the AGL 4 rule regarding the fact that you do not draw a tactic card when you do send an Enemy in the infirmary, is that the passive ability of Taowu is now completely useless (because it says : "your opponent cannot draw a tactic card when you go to the infirmary", which do never happen anymore). Taowo is such an impopular character initially (in my game's area), this won't help the aristo see more play if something is not done. Could we have a new season rule for AGL 4 in the next update of the file, to update Taowu's passive in such a way, perhaps : "sending Taowu to the infirmary does not grant a frag to your opponent" or something like that ? It still works. Indeed, your opponent won't draw a tactic at the end of the round if Taowu has been the only one to be sent to the Infirmary. If your opponent killed Taowu AND another Aristo of your team, then he'll be allowed to draw the additional tactic at the end of the round. Drawing tactics is really more focused on earning Victory points in AGL4, and that's difficult ! So Taowu is still completely painful.
Thank you for your answer but, this is not really clear to me. Strictly speaking, his passive read : "your opponent cannot draw a tactic card when you go to the infirmary". And the AGL 4 rule update (in the file v3.0) say : "Whenever an Enemy Character is moved to the Infirmary, draw a Tactic and gain a Frag token." (with "draw a tactic" stroked out), and below : "If you scored at least one Frag during this Round, draw an additional Tactic." Killing Taowu is a frag. His passive does not forbid it, it just forbid to draw a card when he is sent to the infirmary, which is now the case for all characters. And his passive also does not contredict the sentence which says "if you scored at least one frag, you draw one additional tactic". I would love to believe what you say, Ealthril, but RAW, what you said is not correct. Stricly reading, you draw if you only frag is Taowu. But perhaps there's somewhere a FAQ or a more recent update of the AGL document that would confirm your interpretation of the rule ?

Thank you Damiel. Good that -V- confirmed what you say, but it's clearly more a case of "RAI" instead of "RAW", so it seems. Is the spanish wording different than english one ?
