Hey all. Is it just me or did the price of the blister packs go up? Just looking at Jan./Feb. releases and the pricing looks higher.

Nope, prices stealthily went up. The new three-mini Booster Packs are a lot more expensive compared to old Beyond (Operation) packs as well.

Prices look consistent with most of 2020/2019 releases.

It's really difficult to tell because CB doesn't price a pack per-unit, they seem to price them by mass and complexity, but the Cheerkillers are the same price as Dakini pack and the Hospitaller pack. Either CB's complexity has gone up somewhere between those two or the resting price point went up a bit somewhere between them, as most 4-unit light infantry packs older than Hospitaller are cheaper. Meanwhile the oldest Dire Foes are 3 miniature of low chunk and complexity for 31 compared to Cheerkiller's 4 for 38.
Note that you can't compare the boosters to the operation packs as the operation packs and their beyonds were sold at a discounted price. The Yu Jing Alpha booster is on par with the old Tankos, both packs containing some pretty chunky stuff. I also note that the really old Hungries are the same price per model as Cheerkillers, which just underlines the part about complexity I guess.
OSS is also on par with most 10-miniature starters, with some of the oldest such packs actually being more expensive (JSA and USARF)

the code one boosters (alpha/beta) are more expensive for some inexplicable reason, even accounting for the "complex model tax". I bought the O12 one without really considering that the price was odd and now feel a bit peeved (and a bit foolish). Still got a good amount off of rrp but definitely something odd with these packs price wise

Exchange rate? Increased shipping costs? Inflation?

The Boosters do seem a bit pricier per model but they also don't have the shared bodies that 4 person boxes do, which may explain it.

Intrestingly the new Terrain Expansion Pack that is released in Feb is 22.95 €. In march the same pack but with Källdstom theme will be 29.95 €. Thats 7,- € more during a single month, thats a very high price increase. Maybe the colors are more expansive? Printing cost go high in spain (or is it printed in china?). I want to wait for the KS one, but now I think I take the cheaper one ... I am curious if and what is the explanation, maybe from the brand ambassador?

Prices on many things have increased this past year... Perchance something to do with the effects a global pandemic on the economies of various countries? I sincerely doubt that there is any sort of gouging or opportunistic pricing practices going on.

Now, when everything stabilizes sometime in the future after every sensible person has been vaccinated, It will be interesting to see what becomes of prices. I have put all purchasing on hold until I paint the massive amount of minis, 15 in Kaldstrom, and 43 in Defiance , I acquired this past year. Plus, I'm saving up my pennies to buy some GameStop stock, or maybe some AMC. :0

Both Expansion Packs seem to use the same cut patterns, just different colors, just like Salvora Gov. Complex shares shapes with Kaldstrom Colonial Settlement (tokens mentioned in text but missing in photo). Salvora Government Complex Scenery Pack says "Made in Spain" in the back. Maybe it is a typo and the 7 euros would be if they include tokens? Or maybe they really include them.

BTW, noticed the shop limits (Type=scenery), or whatever they are called, are rather useless. Click it... things disappear when they should stay. I will never understand why people insist in making tags so important in a system if they lack the discipline to keep them >99% correct. Names shown are also a bit meh, not helping when looking around... *sigh*
