I've been re-reading the rulebook recently and it seems that troopers in the Sepsitorized state don't make guts rolls? Guts Rolls rule in its requirements states that: "The Trooper is not in an Engaged, Null or IMM State." It seems that Sepsitorized models don't get guts rolls, because Sepsitorized is a Null state, and there's only this explanation of how sepsitorized models work: "Troopers in this state may be activated and receive Orders from the Order Pool of the Combat Group of the Trooper who caused them to enter Sepsitorized state. A Sepsitorized Trooper does not count towards the maximum number of members the Combat Group may contain. This State does not interfere with Automatic Special Skills or Automatic Equipment, which will remain functioning normally." This also lefts me unsure if Sepsitorised models can even get ARO's, though that's because of how the order structure rule is worded, but ARO's for sepsitorized models are probably valid because they're an enemy trooper for the army that initially included those models, so they'll be able to react to orders normally.
