    Hey all.

Hope my fellow hyperpower citizens are keeping safe and healthy in these poopoo times.

So those Karhu have some pretty baller profiles as I'm sure we've all noticed.

However, the pesky buggers don't have models yet and it looks like the CodeOne PanO Alpha Booster won't be containing one.

This has got me thinking on what we can use as fitting proxies for our new golden boys.

At the moment I'm thinking of using Oktavia as the feuerbach profile. She's got the right look and a big explodey gun is a big explodey gun, y'know?

For the multirifle profiles i'm not so sure though. Maybe chasseurs?

What minis are you guys using as proxies or think would be good proxies for the Karhu?

I did a conversion for a Multi rifle profile a while ago. Considering making a Feuerbach conversion but we all know that profile is getting a model sooner rather than later.[IMG]

Pictured is my Karhu, left, and Vargar HRL, right.

As an aside, the second Code One booster also won't contain a Karhu, because they don't exist in Code One.

The big decider would be how many you plan to field. Combi's are easy enough to slid as Multis so Kamaus do the job well but there's only 2 models with non heavy weapons which should be plenty, and then use one of the big guns of your choice for the Feurbach. Bagh-mari should work pretty good too (I am of course just drawing the conclusion that whoever is proxying has other PanO models to use). Oktavia is a good choice but can be confusing since she is in SWF already as herself, though I doubt many people actually take her as such anyhow.

I personally use my many Knauf (and Knauf adjacent) models for them and they get the job done well. Had converted them to just be generic PanO skirmishers but since there's already some nice SWF models out for that purpose I had a perfect alternative for them to actually see play in.

I painted up an Indigo, Nisse HMG and clipped MSR, and an ORC with GdA arms as general proxies when new profiles are released. The differing paint jobs make simple for my opponents to know which is which.

    Nice!

    Good use of Knauf/faux Knauf.

Thanks for all the suggestions guys!

For me, i'm not quite skilled enough for anyrhing beyond super simple conversions, and I have a stronk desire for my karhu to look kinda "wintery" so I shan't be using my beautiful, "watery" kamau which puts me in a stickier wicket I suppose.

Its always cool to see kickass conversions the community gets up to!

I don't got no bagh-mari, and i'll probs be using my bolts as kaplan proxies when I play White Company so I'm a little low on rando minis lying around.

I do have an unpainted mini of that Knauf clone sitting around that Could do a decent Karhu if painted up in snow camo come to think about it, though!
