Guess I can feel fine about buying a box of Thoras now. So, what do we think, 3 LRL + Enomotarchos? HMG+Medic+LRL+Enomotarchos? EDIT: I also kinda like that it has a BSG, it's not a profile that is likely to be the priority target or necessary to use as link leader, meaning the link is probably going to be able to reform even if you lose your point man.

Enomotarchos + 3 LGL => 68pts, the Enomotarchos is limited in range, however (he goes from +3 to -6 at 16''), so having care is advised... put it can be a devastating link from 8 to 16 inches. The other one would be Enomotarchos + PARAmedic + LRL + HMG, yeah. But there are several other options, which is kinda neat: if you have a Total Reaction bot or a flash mob (7pts ones) an engineer in the fireteam is another option with the Feuerbach.
Hm, it's fine. The taxman has his due and now we got more options to assemble a thorakitai squad. It's a proper solution. For me it's more about the distribution of points within the thorakitai fireteam than the overall cost of the link. I normally end up with 65-70 points left and 4 orders to fill, so now you can either go with Alke/wildcard and a gaggle of basic dudes or the new enomotarchos and more robust thorakitai profiles. The next point being: what's worth more, 6-7 extra points for your thorakitai fireteam or a second remote for Scylla/Draikos?
Well, it’s good, but I'm pretty disappointed by it, haha. I feel like it is just going to lead to uninteresting thorakitai units with a bunch of LRLs and a throwaway Enomotarchos, exactly what I was afraid would happen. The profile is so cheap that it makes it even more difficult to justify using a character... this is something myrmidons avoid by using officers.
I mean, i'm still gonna be using the Thrasymedes + 2 LRL + Paramedic link. I call them my rocket boys. I see the Eno Thora as more of an excuse to build a Thora link around a HMG or a Feuerbach or two. SP is generally not very SWC hungry in my experience, so having two cheap Feuerbachs sitting base to base as ARO forcing opponents to split their burst sounds alright to me.
I would have preferred a Combi rifle thora, since we have one model on each box, but... My only "but" really is that the AVA is still 6, while I have 7 basic thorakite models (4 from their box, 3 from the SP starter).
