Can an NWI Dr use the Doctor skill on themselves? Can an Isolated Engineer use the Engineer on themselves to cancdl the Isolated state? Or to put it another way, are you S2S with yourself.

I think by definition of your silhouette being contiguous, you must always be in silhouette contact with yourself.
Oh I agree. That's entirely reasonable as a way to read it and based on how N3 worked it has precedent. But...
So is there i clarification? Can Parvatti heal herself using engineer as she has structure? Doctor needs to heal on unconscious however as I understand engineer can repair at any moment not only when subject is unconscious.
Nope, no clarification. Based on the logic described above and N3 precedent I'm going to continue to play it that Troopers are in Silhouette contact with themselves.
Mostly because I don't think anyone actually believes it's an open question. @Mahtamori I can't remember if this is on your list? Probably low priority given I don't think it's actually a practical issue (apart from that one guy on Discord we all seem to agree that you can touch yourself).
