Brush goes brrrrrr Wip of the Devil Dog, a couple of things to do still, but mostly finishing touches and cleanup before I start working on the base. Gave him a Telnyashka so he feels more at home as a Dog Warrior rather than a marine.
Devil Dog Warrior based, will prolly need to touch up some small chipping before I seal it, but I'm calling it done. Also did the mavericks/dynamos and the 112 motorized, same there. Overall, I think these will be the most challenging from the army pack with their big flat surfaces and the trouble I had painting the riders while they were detached, meaning I had to hold the models directly. Still, came out decently well.
Last step before adding moss to the bases. Now just comes the problem that I'm out of LoF bases for the rest of the models, now I either have to buy more or paint up marking on normal bases as I did on the Devil Dog and the bikers. Of course, I wasn't smart enough to keep a "template" base to copy... oh well, guess I can do some temporary solution while I figure it out or do some trixy stuff with the already painted models.
The last of my USTAK WIP, just put on the first layer of basing. Like in any project the last bit seems to be the most painful and I'm not as happy with these as I am with a lot of the others, but I decided to get them done. Then again, I've painted up 31 Ariadna models in about 3 weeks, so it is probably no wonder I am knackered. Still, it is nice to have a substantial force ready, even though I don't see me using them anytime soon given current circumstances. Will have to see if I take a short break from infinity next or if I start on the OSS I have waiting.
Aaaaand done. 3 weeks, 3 S5 infantry, 4 S4 bikes, 24 S2 infantry... And now I see that the hat of the kazak doctor got scuffed before varnish...

@Axelius That is an ingenious idea for camo markers or camo mode. Simple and effective. The green is lecithin but what is the brown ground made of?
It is the exact same recipe I use for the bases on the models. First is a layer of Vallejo Brown Mud, then some of their weathering Mud and Grass, a drybrush of Elysian green and then the green litchen is superglued on top.
@Axelius Very nice. I'll remember that combo. I have black mud from Vallejo so I could recreate this.
Early WIP/colour scheme proof of concept. Still need to get the right white blend down, not sure if the current one is too grey or if it will look better once all the whites are the same and the non whites are applied.
If you've looked at the Conversion thread I posted some headswaps I did on some old second hand Fusiliers (and Crocman), now, they've gotten paint! To be clear, I have only painted the heads, the rest came as is.
Sneaking in a TAG from PanO here. The PanO batch I bought included 4 TAGs (which was the reason I bought it), except the Jotum had a tendency to disassemble itself. So I eventually stripped it. Sadly, the head turned out to have been a cast of the Cutter, so it is now headless, but I decided to paint it up after I reassembled it. EDIT: I was a bit tempted to leave off all the armour plates and maybe run it as a Maruts, but since I had put on the leg armour already I decided to finish the job. Maybe next time I decide to dunk it in an acetone bath.
