Well, considering that she is unlinkable in any other armies she's in (which makes her kinda shit) I'd say it's no big deal gameplay-wise. I'd imagine she would still be picked very rarely in DBS. Giving her the linkability with Haris fireteams would be nice though. B3 Missile Launcher with Sixth Sense sounds like fun.
she still a b2 missile launcher with armor that you don't have to waste valuable space and points for a Harris to get the same output for the missile rem or spending points and orders for a baggage bot for our panzerfausts
Given that her rules leaves much to be desired I do not see her not being in DBS as a real loss. The model is nice though.
