I normally mix my own colours (scale 75 colour theory set + citadel paints). I have always wanted to buy Andromeda as she looks fantastic in the official colour combination, but I have no clue on where to start on mixing those colours. Namely the armour on the robo cat thing. Any ideas? Or any good videos on how to paint her using the official paint scheme?
The armor on the beast looks to be about the same color as the hoodie Andromeda is wearing. I’m not familiar with the set you are using, but it looks to me to be off-white, shaded to a kind of desaturated tan/khaki color. GW paints have a lot of off-white colors; I would try playing around with ones like pallid wytch, wraithbone, screaming skull, ... There’s probably a set of two or three paints you could find that will produce a similar effect. Experiment a bit and I’m sure you can find something!
Hadn't actually thought of using bone colours, that could work, I think I have a couple somewhere actually.
