I think the new 9 point Mutt is absolutely brutal. He can come around the corner and you can A. Dodge (then he just double AP Shotguns you at +6), B. Shoot back, double dmg 14 templates you, or C. your a HI/Tag and you shoot back relying on armor and he E/Marats you. Sure he lost Jammer, but he gained lethality.
There were several updates since N4 came out. I'm fairly sure if there was a semblance of actual plan to give him "fire ammo", we would have seen it done like 2 patches ago.
in this case it will remain a disappointing unit i think but i want to mantain this delusion and hope they will give it to him

Folks, it's still October. There is a pile of bugs they have to work through alongside these feature updates. It's not an ideal situation, and we don't have to be happy about it, but a feature not being implemented yet shouldn't be taken as an indication that it never will.

IJW has been silent on whether this is still going to happen or not. There have been many other updates profiles, strange this one hasn't been. EDIT: Yay! It's done!
